Welcome to Kiwanis Club of Greater Abilene! We are an eclectic mix of ages, genders, occupations, backgrounds and interests. We are all passionate about making our community and the world a better place for children so they can thrive. We are devoted to serving the children in our local community and also children all across the country and worldwide through unique and innovative service projects and fundraising initiatives.

The Kiwanis Club of Greater Abilene presents approximately $20,000 scholarships every year to local students.
The Kiwanis Club of Greater Abilene presented several $2,500 Daivd Ratliff Scholarships to area-wide students. The scholarship is in honor of past Kiwanian David Ratliff passed away. Greater Abilene Kiwanis gave $1,000 scholarships to two HSU CKI students.Greater Abilene Kiwanians help with the T.J. Jones Boys and Girls Club of the Big Country Kiwanis Builders Club fundraiser.

Greater Abilene Kiwanians deliver food for Stafford Elementary School Teacher Appreciation Lunch.Greater Abilene Kiwanians deliver food and toys to Long ELC for Christmas.Greater Abilene Kiwanis had a great time riding on the Greater Abilene Kiwanis float in downtown Abilene Parade of Lights.The Kiwanis Club of Greater Abilene sponsors the K-Kids Club at Stafford elementary school. Club Secretary Nancy Baker tells the students about the job of Club Secretary.The Kiwanis Club of Greater Abilene sponsors a K-Kids at Stafford elementary school. This club is for 4-5 graders and promotes Leadership and Community involvement.
